These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between HIROAI ("we," "our," or "us") and the client ("you" or "your") using our lead qualification services.

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

1.1 We utilize a sales Android platform to contact your old or inactive leads via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email.

1.2 Once a lead expresses interest, we forward their information to your sales team for further action.

1.3 Payment is based on performance; you are charged only when a sale is completed with a qualified lead.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Provide accurate and lawful lead data.

2.2 Follow up promptly with qualified leads sent by us.

2.3 Notify us of completed sales promptly to facilitate payment processing.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees are due upon completion of a sale resulting from a qualified lead.

3.2 Payments must be made within 30 days of invoice receipt.

3.3 Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as outlined in the invoice.

4. Service Limitations

4.1 We do not guarantee the success rate of lead conversions.

4.2 We are not liable for any damages resulting from unsuccessful leads or missed opportunities.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential and use it solely for purposes related to these Terms.

5.2 Exceptions apply if required by law or prior written consent is given.

6. Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days.

6.2 Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for completed sales prior to termination.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Updates will be communicated to you in writing or via email.
